What do the payment terms look like?
50% upfront to book your build slot, 50% on delivery. No hourly billing, no invoices for “extra hours,” no scope-creep charges — the price in your scope document is the price.
What counts as one feature?
A feature is one complete user-facing capability — for example “users can subscribe with Stripe,” “admins can manage listings,” or “the app sends weekly summary emails.” We define every feature in writing in your scope document before you pay anything.
What if the scope grows mid-project?
New ideas go to a backlog we keep for you. If something is genuinely essential mid-build, we quote it separately as a fixed add-on — your original price and ship date never silently change.
What happens after launch?
Every Launch and Scale build includes 30 days of post-launch fixes. After that, the optional Care plan ($499/month) covers maintenance, monitoring, and small iterations — cancel anytime.
